Where This Began.
Celebrate Local Business Solutions grew from a desire to help local businesses receive more value from community visibility. Storytelling and exposure can open the door, but businesses also need strong systems behind the scenes to respond, follow up and build lasting relationships.
Attention has a short shelf life. A neighbor reads about a business, means to call later and forgets. An inquiry arrives during a busy afternoon and never gets a reply. The interest was real — the path from interest to customer simply was not there.

Michelle brings more than two decades of firsthand small-business and client-service experience to this work. She has spent those years alongside owners and customers rather than at a distance from them.
That experience shapes the approach here. She understands the reality of running a local service business — the interrupted afternoons, the message you meant to return, the tools that were supposed to help and quietly became another chore.
Her approach is practical and relationship-centered. She starts with how a business actually operates, recommends only what will genuinely help and stays involved as things change.
Underneath it all is a simple belief: technology should make running a business feel more manageable, not more complicated.
